One of those is VSCO, creators of the lovely VSCO Cam and VSCO Film. Let’s take a look at their headquarters in Oakland. They recently moved to this 24,000 square feet historic building located at 1500 Broadway in Oakland, California. The space was stripped from all unnecessary fixtures by DeBartolo Architects and built by Flory Construction. What was left was mostly structural wood, concrete and glass and open space. There’s a minimal amount of partitions to encourage collaboration. The space is split into two connected workspaces with communal seating and glass conference rooms in the middle.
