Good for the body, mind & soul
Riding your bicycle is not only good for the planet it's also excellent to empty your head and it's one the most effective workouts you'll ever do. Don't have time? That's just a matter of priorities. Ok I work less than before but I'm way more productive now. I'm convinced that riding my bicycle is improving my energy levels and decreasing the fatigue feeling that I sometimes had before. It's all about dopamine, which is linked to energy ;) It's not needed to ride hard, in fact it's better to ride a low to moderate pace three times a week. If you are serious about it I would highly recommend to get a proper bike fit. It's so important! Remember riding your bike puts a lot of stress on the knees, ankles, and spine, more so than walking or running so it's super important that your position is just right.
My advice, instead of being worked up on just another thing on Twitter or Facebook ride your bicycle instead. That's what I did in 2013 and planning to do again in 2014. Much healthier ;)
