Panther is really what Apple promised! ... Since this morning I’m running Panther on my dual 1Gig G4 and boy do I like it! :-D Everything feels much faster and looks much crisper. This is SUPER :-) I measure my processor load through a Konfabultor widget (CPU Portal) and I see that it has dropped with half.

This system is really fabulous, they have done a serious job in making it faster and run more efficiently.Needless to say that I LOVE Expos�.... I wonder how long it will take for Microsoft to copy-cat this cool and very efficient feature :-S It is so cool! Or switching from user, don’t you love that effect. Apple has done a superb job. This is an upgrade we all have been waiting for, it’s the best… can you tell I’m a bit enthusiastic!! :-D

I use the latest versions of Macromedia, DreamWeaver, Flash and FireWorks. After fixing the startup problems of these apps (none of them would start up, Macromedia’s fault :-S), I tested them and they run much faster. When I ran them under Jaguar I was almost tempted to use my older MX versions again, they ran so slowly… but now they work like a charm ;-) Actually everything runs like a charm. I’m sure that this version will convince lots of MacOS 9 users to switch to MacOS X. They really really should if their Mac’s are up to it ;-)
