  • Barwoman at a cocktail-bar
  • Assistant in a videoshop
  • Graphic/web designer

Four movies I can watch over and over

Sorry but if there is one thing I can't do, it's watching a movie over and over again... though Aliens might be an exception :o)

Four places I have lived

  • Zeebrugge
  • Maldegem
  • Deinze
  • still yet to be determined :-D

Four TV shows I love to watch

  • Cold Case (my absolute favorite)
  • Six Feet Under
  • CSI (the original with Gil Grissom)
  • Silent Witness

Four places I have been on vacation

  • Ibiza
  • San Francisco
  • France, Provence, Cote d'Azur...
  • Cyprus

Four of my favourite dishes

Four websites I visit daily

Four places I would rather be right now

Four bloggers I am tagging

I apologize in advance to the poor suckers for wasting their valuable time, yeah I know I'm evil :o)

And I totally agree with CSI thing :-)

NY might be passable, but Miami is just an abomination.

Six Feet Under is good choice :-)
What about Battlestar Galactica (new series)?

@Milanek: I’ve heard about those series but we have yet to see them. Nobody has aired the first season yet :-(

Sometime we call it Belgian endive but I agree totally with:

Chicory rolled up in ham (in the oven with lots of cheese sauce)

“Bami goreng with kicken and vegetables” Cool, at what Chinese take-away can you get Patrick Kicken with your Bami? ;)

Delurk.

I can’t but agree on the fries part. But if there were one recepy that had to be torn out of the “grand, all-encompassing cookery book of Belgian cuisine” it has to be chicory in ham.
It is vile, it is bitter and it’s a childhood trauma.

After the “my God, she’s cool” of the Alien-films, this was a huge, huge letdown. :-(

Hmmm, seem Veerle’s actually an evil patat-friet eating alien...who knew?

@Veerle: Battlestar Galactica was recognize by viewers after the first season was over on Sci-Fi. A ton of people were recommending the 1st season to everyone else once it was over thus Producers then decided the start of a new 2nd season of it on the Sci-Fi channel (US). But anywhom you can find the episodes on torrents sites.

@John, yeah it’s the cheese that makes it yummy. I always use a lot of Gruyère (or Emmental) hmmm.

@Sjors LOL! :-)) OK OK! I admit my very very bad habit in making really stupid typos over and over again ... I’m so blind for my own mistakes ;-|

@Jeroen, I used to really hate chicory exactly the reason you mention (bitter)… but it depends so much on the quality of the chicory ... and the cook, believe me… I totally love it when it these conditions are met ;-)

@AkaXakA there goes my cover, apart from the pointed ears you can’t tell :-)

Very curious about Battlestar Galactica, I like Sci-Fi.

Actually, it’s “Alien: Resurrection” and not “Aliens: The Resuraction”.
And “Aliens 3” doesn’t exist either ... it’s “Alien 3” ... :S

@Baldo, thx for the translation :)

@lazymouse, LOL! :) Guess that’s the dark side of me.

@Bramus! Fixed ;-) Well, you get the picture what I mean. I did the 4 thingy so fast… too fast, I didn’t take time to check on errors (I wasted time already on this meme and that’s enough for me :-P)
