The Space Telescope Institute has announced that an international team of astronomers have discovered the biggest, brightest and hottest area in the cosmos (found until now) where stars originate. Through systematic study with a series of telescopes researchers came across a super-hot cloud of gas where millions of blue-white suns are being born behind a far away cluster of stars-systems.

The cloud in the constellation Lynx is a million times brighter then the Orion-nebulae, which exists nearby earth and from where small telescopes can detect the existence of stars. She looks like a mysterious red bow. The stars that originated from the giant cluster are twice as hot as stars compared in our galaxy. Fascinating is that the star-system generates gigantic stars, much bigger then all suns in our galaxy.

The giant stars have a surface temperature as far as 80.000 degrees Celsius. Our sun reaches five thousand degrees. Since the cloud is situated at a distance of twelve billion light-years from us, it is a rare observed example of the early years of the universe. Especially two billion years after the Big Bang.
