I’m still tripping from watching this movie and I didn’t smoke anything ;-) Mother nature goes weird on us?

Veerle, if you go to the home page www.1st.ave-machine.com and launch the site, you’ll see it’s a CG VFX (visual effects) company. This had to be fake, don’t you think ? All these plants and flowers and we never saw any of them before ?
But I have to admit: these guys are good !
PS some other good material to be viewed on their site…

These guys really know CG. This is actually a music video for an artist called Alias - the song is called “Sixes Last”

Of course it was fake. Well, I don’t want to call it fake because I don’t think it was intended to fool anyone. It’s a beautiful piece that just ‘almost’ makes you think twice about what you are seeing.

That’s a great photo-realistic anime video. I dont’t know if these plants were made of plastic

I think the great effect is due to perfect sync between background live record and computer animated 3d…

it seems real cause the camera makes many small movement..

Great find, but a terrible shame that they aren’t real. I’d buy a greenhouse if I could grow stuff like that!

It’s weird how people sometimes react to videos saying “they are fake”. To me it’s nice how they’ve manage to visualise their idea. It’s not made to fool you but take you away “into the realm of dreams” haha.
